Rarely encountered in the wild because of its extremely remote habitat, the Hercules Moth is even rarer in collections. It is a majestic species closely related to the Atlas moth, but inhabiting a much smaller range.
Like many of the silk moths, Hercules is unable to feed as an adult. As a result, its short life is extremely active making pristine specimens difficult to encounter. Specimens will be available on a limited basis.
